The pupil may be permitted to use the training car for their driving test only if the driving instructor is satisfied that the pupil is at the required standard. The cost of the use of the training car for the driving test period is payable.
Payment for lessons are due at the start of each lesson, unless prepaid. Payments
can be either cash or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Iain or Lynne Hall.

If you wish to cancel or rearrange a lesson then at least 24 hours notice is required, otherwise you may be charged a £10 late cancellation fee (added to your next lesson). Your Instructor reserves the right to postpone lessons if they feel that the weather or road conditions are unsuitable or dangerous. Your Instructor cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred as a result of them having to postpone any lesson for whatever reason.
Neither the Instructor nor the Pupil will smoke in the vehicle during lessons. The vehicle will not be used for smoking at any time whether it is being used for a lesson or not. It would also be appreciated if your mobile phone is turned off during your lesson to avoid any potentially dangerous distractions.
If, at any point during your driving lessons with Hall Driving School, you wish to
have a break from lessons (for whatever reason), please inform your instructor
by text/phone/email as soon as possible. Your instructor will understand and
won’t put any pressure on you to continue with your lessons!
